Forklift Driver Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of related Forklift Driver experience
• Ability to operate sit-down fork truck
• Possess basic computer skills
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, sanitation and Hazardous Materials per DOT requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from drivers, other production-related departments (i.e. Customer Service) and co-workers in a tactful manner
• Proficient in math
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a cool environment

Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities

Welder Duties and Responsibilities
•    Inspect, measure, or test completed metal workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using measuring and testing devices.
•    Read blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine product or job instructions or specifications.
•    Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces into holding fixtures to bond, heat-treat, or solder fabricated metal components.
•    Set up, operate, or tend welding machines that join or bond components to fabricate metal products or assemblies.
•    Lay out, fit, or connect parts to be bonded, calculating production measurements, as necessary.
•    Correct problems by adjusting controls or by stopping machines and opening holding devices.
•    Give directions to other workers regarding machine set-up and use.
•    Mark weld points and positions of components on workpieces, using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
•    Transfer components, metal products, or assemblies, using moving equipment.
•    Clean, lubricate, maintain, and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operation, using air hoses, cleaning fluids, and hand tools.
•    Prepare metal surfaces or workpieces, using hand-operated equipment, such as grinders, cutters, or drills.
•    Conduct trial runs before welding, soldering, or brazing, and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
•    Remove completed workpieces or parts from machinery, using hand tools.
•    Set dials and timing controls to regulate electrical current, gas flow pressure, heating or cooling cycles, or shut-off.
•    Select torch tips, alloys, flux, coil, tubing, or wire, according to metal types or thicknesses, data charts, or records.
•    Fill hoppers and position spouts to direct flow of flux or manually brush flux onto seams of workpieces.

• Operates all scales, mixers, dough hoist and related mixing equipment.

• Performs setups and breakdowns for the mixing area.

• Accurately weighs all relevant ingredients, including but not limited to re-work dough, ingredients, etc.

• Combine measured ingredients in bins of mixing or blending machinery.

• Set time and speed controls for mixing machines and blending machines so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions in batch sheets.

• Understands each position on production line or in department and is familiar with daily bakery operations.

• Ensures that all containers are labeled, color coded and handled properly using established methods and procedures.

• Ensures that all necessary equipment needed for the next production run is ready, clean, and in working order prior to the start of that product.

• Sets timers and programs on mixer or associated panels prior to starting the mixer.

• Operates auxiliary equipment to hoist and dump dough for further processing.

• Cleans mixer and maintains a clean work area daily.

• Ensures final product is meeting costumers’ specifications as it relates to temperatures, dough consistency, and other dough related quality attributes.
